Statement of Values
1. We believe it is important for all members of the collective to be insured to deliver training and to follow ethical principles and standards in keeping with the professional codes of practice of Nursing, Social Work and Psychology.
2. In order to promote access to training, costs are kept within an agreed, common pricing range appropriate to the public purse.
3. In the interest of customer satisfaction and the development of trainers' competence all members are committed to carrying out evaluations of training.
4. In keeping with SF principles all members negotiate best hopes with participants and commissioners of training.
5. To support the continuing professional development of participants all members provide certificates which identify the content of the training.
6. To maintain continuity of the Solution Focused approach all members will seek to acknowledge in their training the roots and foundations of SFBT

- All members will endeavour to respect participants' capacity to be expert on their own learning, in the belief that all people already possess considerable personal resources, skills and experiences useful to promote personal development / change.
- Following a "client centred" school of thought, we hold to a belief that because people construct their own realities it is not always useful - and often disrespectful and disabling - for people to have these undermined or reconstructed by others with a differing reality of a desired "solution".
